Mothers Day!

I'm sure everyone spent Mother's Day with their moms, i didn't this year..
Mother's Day was more special for me, because it was the day my dog, Lumix[actually a dog that Heng Fong found and my parents miraculously said we can keep her!] GAVE BIRTH!!!!!
She gave birth to four puppies, so now i have 5 dogs, 4 cats, and 4 puppies! hehehe..
It was a scary giving birth process, because none of us knew that she was pregnant.. Heng Fong and I actually suspected, but we didnt tell my parents! so when she gave birth, it was a shock to everyone.. Anyway, her first puppy passed away.. :(
that was the scariest thing, because she gave birth standing up, near the entrance of the gate.. After that, she just ran away and left the puppy there, umbicle cord still attached and THE PUPPY WAS STILL IN THE PLASENTA! we tried bringing her to the puppy, but she wouldnt move.. after 15 mins, i decided to try and cut the plasenta open myself, because the puppy would suffocate!
I've watched a gazillion videos of vets and professional ppl doing it, and i knew exactly what to do.. Like cut the plasenta open and wipe the puppy, then let the mom do the rest.. just as long as the puppy was out of the plasenta.. But doing it was SOOOO hard! firstly, the plasenta had veins!! secondly, i love animals, but i'm no vet.. it was hard trying to do it coz i was afraid of hurting the puppy.. i love animals, and if they pass away in my hands, i would die of guilt..
anyway, i tried cutting the plasenta with both a pair of scissors and a knife, but i couldnt.. because it was too slippery and the puppy was moving a lot, and my hands were shaking!
sadly, i couldnt do much to save the puppy.. :(

im sorry i uploaded this pic, but i feel tht ppl should see this so they would know what to expect if ur in that situation..
imagine trying to cut open the plasenta.. poor puppy.. may u rest in peace.. :(

I LOVE THEM!! THEY ARE SOOOO ADORABLE!!!
p/s: Kelvin is taking one of the puppies! the brown one.. hehe.. thanks kelvin!
